Information for the right posture while dribbling:

  1. Head looks to the front to train the peripheral sight.

  2. Upper body is slightly bend forward over the ball (max. 10° degrees) to shield the ball and protect it from your opponents.

  3. Arms are tied to the body 90 degrees to create aerodynamics while dribbling.

  4. Knees are slightly bent to have a more stabile stand during tackles.

  5. Stand on the forefoot while dribbling to change directions more quickly.
