The highest 3v3 tournament in the nation! All games are played at an elevation of 8,000 feet or above. Nestled in Colorado's Vail Valley, Ford Park and the Vail Athletic Fields host the "Vail Kick It 3v3 Cup". From great dining and recreation to beautiful Rocky Mountain views, this event brings in more than 200 teams to compete. Kick It and the Town of Vail are teaming up for the 34th anniversary of the Kick It 3v3 National Soccer Tour as we continue to bring you one of the best soccer tournaments on the planet.

Who Can Play?: This tournament is open to all players ages 5-Adult!

Minimum 3 players, Maximum 6 players/ team

Game Times: Game times will vary by age/division, and will be played between 9a and 6p each day.

 

Format: Pool Play and Playoffs in Most Divisions

  • Two 12 minute half games

  • Most teams play 4-7 games

  • One ref per field

  • No goalies

  • Create your own fun team name

Each Player Receives

  • Minimum of 4 games 

  • Awards for every player on the top 3 teams in each division 

  • Chance to win great prizes at on-site contests 

  • Opportunity to sample merchandise from our sponsors

Friday – 7/26/2024

Team Check-In

  • All teams are required to check-in and provide proof of age for each player at the tournament headquarters. All Kick It giveaways will be received at this time
     

Pool Play Games

  • Friday games will run approximately from 12 pm- 4 pm

 

Saturday – 7/27/2024

Pool Play Games

  • Saturday games will run approximately from 8 am-4 pm. All teams will have games.

 

Sunday – 7/28/2024

Playoff Games

  • Sunday games will run approximately from 8 am-3 pm. All teams will have games.
     

Kick It Awards Ceremony

  • Kick It 3v3 will present awards to the top 3 teams in each division.

Team Check In: Teams will check in on site approximately 30 minutes before their first match.

 

Parking: There is ample free parking in the town of Vail, however there is very limited parking at the fields. It is recommended to leave your car at your hotel or parking garage. Free shuttles are located throughout Vail to take you to Ford Park and Vail Athletic Fields.

Team Level/Classification Guidelines:

  • Register your team in the birth year of the oldest player on the team, no exceptions.

  • Girls may play on Boys Teams, However, Boys may not play on Girls teams. Girls Teams may enter Boys divisions, However, Boys teams May NOT enter Girls divisions.

  • 15-18 Year olds will register as High School, 19 and older are to be classified as Adult Teams unless individual age groups are offered.

Special Schedule Requests:​

Most events are able to accommodate ]schedule requests such as a league game, travel time, or player availability (For example: Team has a 9:00 a.m. club match and cannot play until Noon, Your schedule may be 12, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). Please contact your Event Director with questions regarding your circumstances. We try to accommodate all coaching and schedule requests up to 2 teams, but we cannot guarantee this especially in playoff rounds. Please bring coaching help if you have more than one team. Coaching conflicts that cannot be resolved are not a valid reason for withdrawal from the event and there will be no refunds for this reason. Conflicts AFTER schedules have been created will NOT be honored.

How do I qualify for Vail?

Every and all teams qualify for the OPEN division at Vail National Championships

There are two divisions available:

OPEN division (open divisions are split into Gold and Silver brackets and seeding is based on team rankings and stats).

Elite Division (teams qualify by placing in the top 3 at local, regional and state championship tournaments).

Should we plan to bring our tents like most venues?

Please feel free to bring tents and shade to the event.

Will there be food alternatives/vendors available in close proximity?

Ford Fields will have concessions. There are many food options in Vail Village and Lionshead. Ford Fields also be restrooms onsite.

Is this a stay-to-play tournament?
