1. Introduction
Welcome to Kick It 3v3 Soccer. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of teams and individuals in our tournaments. By registering for a Kick It 3v3 Soccer tournament (“Event”), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register for or participate in the Event.

2. Eligibility

Players of all ages are eligible to participate in Kick It 3v3 Soccer tournaments, provided they meet the age and division requirements for their specific bracket.
Each team must have a designated team captain or coach who is responsible for all communications and compliance with these Terms.
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration and waiver process.

3. Registration and Payment

All teams and individuals must register online through KickItSoccer.com or an approved registration platform.
Registration is only complete upon full payment of the applicable registration fees.
Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 4.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be issued if Kick It 3v3 Soccer cancels an event, or if there is no appropriate age division provided for the team.
No refunds will be given for teams that withdraw after registration unless a documented medical or emergency situation prevents participation. We may choose to provide a credit towards a future event.
Kick It 3v3 Soccer reserves the right to modify tournament schedules, locations, or rules due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or facility availability.

5. Code of Conduct

All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect towards referees, event staff, and fellow participants.
Any abusive behavior, including verbal or physical abuse, may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the Event.
Teams are responsible for ensuring their participants adhere to these standards.

6. Game Rules and Regulations

All games will follow the official Kick It 3v3 Soccer rules, which will be provided before each tournament.
Teams should arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled game time.
Any disputes regarding gameplay must be addressed by the team captain or coach to the event director immediately after the match.

7. Liability and Waiver

By registering for an Event, all participants (or their legal guardians) acknowledge the inherent risks of participating in sports activities and agree to hold Kick It 3v3 Soccer, its partners, sponsors, and event staff harmless from any injury, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after the Event.
A signed liability waiver is required for all participants before participation.

8. Media Release

By participating in the Event, you grant Kick It 3v3 Soccer permission to use your name, likeness, and any photos or videos taken at the Event for promotional and marketing purposes.
If you wish to opt out of media usage, please notify Kick It 3v3 Soccer in writing before the event.

9. Data Privacy

Personal information collected during registration is used for event organization, communication, and marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payment information is processed securely through third-party providers and is not stored by Kick It 3v3 Soccer.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from participation in Kick It 3v3 Soccer tournaments shall be resolved through direct communication with event organizers.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws of the state in which the Event is held.
Participants agree that if Kick It 3v3 Soccer chooses, disputes shall first be resolved through binding arbitration before any legal action is taken.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Kick It 3v3 Soccer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on KickItSoccer.com and take effect immediately.
Continued participation in an Event after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
